Anionic dispersing agent for dyeing with disperse dyestuffs.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Polyester dyeing at 100 – 130 ºC. having a greater advantage over sulphonated naphthalene derivatives at high temperatures as it maintains very good dispersion.
Polyamide, acetate and triacetate dyeing with disperse dyestuffs and optic whitening.
Dyeing with vat dyes.
It does not dye the polyester fibre.
Good for polyester/CO and polyester/wood dyeing.
Keep a good dyeing dispersion avoiding its recrystallization and agglomerate forms.
It does not affect to the dye fastness.
Very low foam formation.
CHARACTERISTICS
Appearance: Clear brown fluid liquid.
Composition: Aryl-sulphonate derivative.
Ionic character: Anionic.
pH: 7,5 ± 0,5.
Density: 1,06 gr/cc aprox.
Dissolution: Water at any ratio.
Stability
Acids : Good.
Alkalis: Good.
Storage: ood until -5ºC. It recovers to warm up.
Compatibility
Anionics : Good.
Non ionics: Good.
Cationics: Incompatible.
Electrolytes: Good in normal dying conditions
